The Brodhead Pietenpol Association and EAA Chapter 431 at Brodhead, Wisconsin sponsor the annual Pietenpol Reunion at at Brodhead Airport (C37) each July. This 4-day event is always scheduled the weekend preceding the big EAA Oshkosh convention so it’s easy to plan for years in advance. This year’s event will be July 20-23, 2017.
The Reunion unofficially begins on Thursday afternoon with fellowship and an evening meal. Friday and Saturday have scheduled forums, fly-bys, rides and food service put on by EAA Chapter 431. Most people depart for home or Oshkosh on Sunday.
There is free camping on the airport and hotels/B&Bs in the area. Links to area lodging can be found on Chapter 431s website.
