I twisted just my ends a little for better alignment. Not the whole horn.

Brace wires are hard wires. Also all wrapped and soldered cable ends. Everything period correct as possible.

Made supports for front and rear attached to spars and floor. Center supports added. Fuel tank sits on those supports. Fuel tank made to largest size possible, and is a tight press fit with felt around edges. Top cover over top of tank holds tank down. No need for any straps or drilling holes in spa...

I did mine the same way. Felt under around around tank for tight fit. Felt on top with cover holding everything in.

Richard, Here are some pictures of my trailing edge. I didn't want any lumps in the fabric with gussets and wanted a smooth transition. Made tongue and grove. Made a jig to hold my ribs and cut slots on router after the ribs were completed. I made a pattern of what I wanted for trailing edge and too...

Thanks Clay, my father is working on the MNF. Everything is covered minus the fuselage. Hopefully it will fly in the next few years. Will try to find time to update website with current pictures soon. Check back...
