Pietenpol flying club

Post by Steve D » Sat Dec 02, 2017 10:59 am

I have a buddy who is interested in starting a flying club for pilots trying to build time. Somewhere I saw an article on a flying club built around a Pietenpol. Mostly youth, all had to work on the plane. flying cost was about $20 per hour and instructors only charged $20 per hour. everyone had to do maintenance.

Does anyone know where some information on that club is?

Steve,

The article was appeared in the August 2016 edition of Sport Aviation, and it was about the Toledo, OH Buzzards.

I think you can look it up online...
