Air Camper Project For sale

I have a an Aircamper project for sale, photos attached.
My late uncle began this project ~10 years ago, and it has been sitting in my aunt's barn ever since. He never got around to finishing the project, so it has sat under tarps in a barn for ~10 years. I am taking possession of the plane, and am looking to sell it. I am an aviation enthusiast, but am also a young adult who is not interested in completing this project at this point.
Many (if not all) of the wing ribs have been constructed, along with the vertical and horizontal stabilizers. Nothing is covered yet, but many of the wood structures have been built. They currently hang up on a wall in a garage, so they've been kept dry.
Some Details:
Welded steel tube airframe
100 HP Franklin Aircraft engine model 4A4100 B9 (see attached pictures) mounted to frame
Electric starter motor
Full tail wheel assembly minus steering springs
Vertical stabilizer wood frame
Rudder wood frame
Horizontal stabilizer wood frame
Elevator wood frame
Many wing ribs
Wing rib jigs
Wooden propeller ~5-6 ft diameter
Material for wing spars in original plastic wrap packaging
Paper construction plans
I am asking $3000 for everything mentioned. I am open to offers, and am a motivated seller.
Please contact Nathaniel Bracken at brack125@umn.edu or text 612-759-2431. I am at university right now so may not be able to talk if called.
Thanks,
Nathaniel Bracken
