Ford A Cylinder Head ID

Message received via e-mail at BPA headquarters today. Can anybody help ID the Ford head?
I have this cylinder head that I am trying to identify, I am hoping you may be able to help. From some research, it appears it may have been used on the Model A engines used to power the Pietenpol airplanes.
