I used Carlson struts successfully. Flew with them for 12 years before dissassembly
of the airplane. Struts are available if anyone is interested.

I'm about to turn 83. Flew my Piet for over 12 years. 13 years to build it. Insurance was going up signifigantly each year. Disassembled my Piet rather than sell it. Parts available.

I have many parts, fittings, control system, brackets, all available of my Pietenpol which I recently disassembled. Flew if for 12 years. Fun airplane.

I have decided to build the Die spring shock struts with exposed springs that I have seen on quite a few Piets. I've seen all sorts of finished pictures and even some video of them in action but have not been able to find any plans. There are several discussions about them in the forum but no plans...

I have a set of Carlson struts I used on my Piet before disassembly. Let me know if you're inteested.

Availabled: I have a front fuel tank (1.4 gal) I used as for W&B purposes and as a back up to my aluminum wing tank (10 gal) which I also have available.

Hey Folks - I am looking for a fuel tank for the front, inside of the fuselage just ahead of the passenger seat. I have heard that some folks have used a tank from a Cub. I do not want much for capacity. Really just for spare and at first for taxi work. I am thinking about 5 gallons. Any suggestion...
