Hello George, I was concerned about this "slack cable" issue during my build, and took care to make the bellcrank arms the exact length of the elevator horns, thereby insuring that a true parallelogram was formed when the cables were strung. I don't remember if the parts shown on the plans...

The performance numbers should be considered preliminary, as I have personally flown it only once (2X prior by C.F.I. Test Pilot), and have not checked airspeed against GPS. 95 mph indicated felt uncomfortably fast, but engine builder recommends 2,450 rpm break-in, so I'll hang on and get GPS or oth...
