Ok, so a group of us at Chapter 132 are helping me with my Piet project. Fuselage kit is from Aircraft Spruce which included two sheets of 1/8" 4' x 8' mahogany plywood. We are at the point to cut the gussets (and other various pieces) and although it appears that the gussets are simply "cut to size" I was wondering if anyone has come up with a cut sheet. As expensive as this stuff is I don't want to screw up and mismanage the lay out of the cuts. So far all we have done is cut 12" off the end of one and then in half leaving us with: 2 @ 24" x 7' and 1 @ 12" x 4'. The 2 pieces will be used for the sides and the small for gussets. Are we on the right tract and / or has anyone come up with a cut sheet?
