Looks like terrific work....and how lucky you are to have such a nice big area to work in.

Way cleaner than my shop!

Beautiful work.
Hope you have a plan to get it out!

Mine is a little small...lets just say I'm building the smaller parts first. Wing ribs and dissembled tail sections in the corner of the bedroom is normal...right?
Training is good, but it's no substitute for experience...

Ed; maybe I'm imagining this, but I seem to recall that it was either Paul Poberezny or Tony Bingelis who fabricated parts for their experimental aircraft while overseas in the military. They worked out of a trunk that contained their tools and materials and made one piece at a time, so I suppose your process is pretty normal.
That's a real nice shop, by the way! Very welcoming.

Small shops very effective. I’ve made parts out of a footlocker on a carrier. Built entire control line stunters in hotel rooms. Done ALL manners of mechanical things on a kitchen table.
When you don’t have much room to lose things, nothing spare to lose anyway, no big power tools to ruin something instantly, no spare materials... and nothing to distract you, seems I do better work!
And yes, seasoning parts in the bedroom is normal.
