NX47173 Air Camper

Hi All,
In the latest BPA newsletter, there is a For Sale ad for NX47173, a Continental powered Air Camper by Ed Ripplinger. He sent in the ad handwritten on a scrap of paper, so I have no e-mail address. Does anyone know anything about this ship? It looks nice in this google-supplied picture.
