As I recall, I constructed a new set of rudder bar stops under the front seat whenI rebuilt it and the thing I checked was that the rudder would not contactthe elevator at full deflection to either side. Without stops of some sort, either the rudder would contact the elevator somewhere along the travel, or therudder bar would contact the front seat support. Mike has used that to advantageby designing the seat supports to be the rudder bar stops, while my stopsare actually glued-in wood pieces that transfer the forward push of the rudderbar to the ash crosspiece on the floor.--------Oscar ZunigaMedford, ORAir Camper NX41CC "Scout"A75 power, 72x36 Culver propRead this topic online here:http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.p ... ___Subject: Pietenpol-List: O.T For Sale: X52 Pro H.O.T.A.S.
