Hey Craig,Welcome to the wonderful world of Pietenpols and Pietenpollers, great groupof people.I'd have gone with a steel tube fuse in a heartbeat, saves some weight too.My fuse was wood and I added 3.5" , weight and balance was perfect (Fordalso) I'd say with a steel fuse, two to three inches would be a very goodidea.Douwe________________________________________________________________________________
