All of your data is stored ina local database file on your PC for safe keeping.Additionally, Kitlog provides a lifetime free service that allows you to uploadyour project progress to a personal website. You can upload each time you locallyadd a log entry or once a month. What ever you like. You can browse themany projects currently on Kitlog here: I documented the complete build of my Van's RV-8 using Kitlog and can't imaginedoing it any other way. Here is a link to my RV-8 website provided courtesyof Kitlog's service: The FAA inspector loved my documentation for my inspection. Family and friendsliked being able to keep up to date on my progress, too.Its the best $49 you'll spend on your project.Matt DralleRV-8 N998RV--------Matt DralleMatronics Email List AdministratorRead this topic online here:http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.p ... ttachments: http://forums.matronics.com//files/matt ... ______Date: Sun, 22 May 2011 11:26:40 -0700

My purpose for keeping a detailed log is more than just the proof of builder, butmy 6 year old (4 years old when we started - maybe 10 or more before we finish),will have a detailed illustration of how we built our airplane. He is oldenough now to understand a little about how this is going together, and hasseen all of the assemblies take shape from sticks, but may not understand whywe did certain things. Anyhow, I hope this will be his airplane one day (wishfulthinking), and he may like to refer to the log.--------Mark ChouinardWings, Center Section and Empannage framed up - Working on FuselageRead this topic online here:http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.p ... __________
