Re: Warm in January
Richard; yes... extremely rare for us, too. We had a high of 63 today... January 8... middle of winter in Medford, Oregon.

Re: Warm in January
Clay. I believe that Ken made the instrument from an old International Harvester truck instrument cluster. He replaced the speedometer with a tach and it has an oil pressure gauge with a water temp. Oddly enough, recently, I was going to fly the Piet, when I started the engine the whole cluster fell apart! I had to make a set of brackets to hold it all together. I've flown it since then and it stayed together.
Hopefully you can get a closer look at everything this coming summer in Brodhead.

Hi Richard,
Won't make it to Brodhead. I'm always stuck here at ORA flying the airshows. A picture of the cluster head-on would be really great if you could swing it! Thanks!

Clay. Not the best picture, but I'll take another the next time I get a chance.
