Sir; I have a Scout that has all external wing control cables and the flopin the center section, offset as per the plans. It hasn't flown yet so Ican't comment on the buzzing. The first "editions" of the Air Campershad the external wires too. The "improved" A/C came with the internalwires. There is a "replica" of "626" at Rhinebeck (THE WW1 airfield).
