I once had a bird hit me in a flexwing. Put a hole in the fabric andleft feathers on the carbs then went into the prop ( a pusher) I saw itflying up toward me from a thermal created by an asphalt plant rightbelow crosswind in the pattern at BCV. Scared the peewaden out of mebecause it made a loud pop when it hit the wing. Birds are a danger we need to heed.Rob Stapleton, PhotojournalistAnchorage, AK(907) 230-9425KL2ANSkype:rob.stapleton.jr-----Original Message-----
