Still to go: cowling, paint fuselage and tail. Cover and install wings. The standard plans show gusset plates on the inside of struts 1 and 3 on the fuselagesides. The extended fuselage plans do not show those 2 gusset plates. Arethey required on the extended fuselage?--------Harv, 485PBRead this topic online here:http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.p ... ___Subject: Pietenpol-List: Re: Annual Update

Harvey, those plate do go on the extended fuse as well. They are shown on my plans, looks like they are 21 1/2" long by 5 3/4" high--------Earl BrownI may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where Iintended to be.Read this topic online here:http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.p ... ttachments: http://forums.matronics.com//files/imag ... ___Subject: Pietenpol-List: Re: Fuselage Gusset Plates

I should have been more clear. I mean on the bottom inside at struts 1 and 3. Twoindividual gusset plates 2-1/4 by about 2-1/4 and 2-1/4 by about 3.--------Harv, 485PBRead this topic online here:http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.p ... ___Subject: Pietenpol-List: Re: Fuselage Gusset Plates
