How much pressure did you apply to the joint? Are you talking about T-88 oozingout under a plywood gusset? If you applied an adequate layer of T-88 to bothsurfaces and did not apply a heavy clamping pressure you are probably OK. I hadT-88 ooze out of all of my joints.
