How compatible are Piets would you say? Is it likely that wings from one plane would work fine with the center section of another plane? Should the tails pretty much all work between aircraft? Or all they all pretty custom one-off type builds so it is unlikely for parts to interchange?

Probably more likely that outer wing panels would interchange than for tail surfaces to be swappable, but hard to say without checking a few measurements between host airplane and donor airplane.

My take is that about any major component could be made to work fairly efficiently. But it will likely take a little fiddling.
