I’m working on my fuel tank and am planning on combining the fuel guage and outlet into one fitting. Does anybody out there see any potential issues with this set up?

should be fine. i made mine very similar to yours, but placed on right side of tank. i may have a pic.

here is the placement of my tank fittings and have the curtiss drain valve in the rear of the tank for water as aircraft is at rest.
