St. Croix Pietenpol Aerial plans?

Hello folks!

I'm curious as to whether the plans for the St. Croix Pietenpol Aerial (the Biplane conversion done by St. Croix aircraft) are still available from anywhere.

I've always had a soft spot for biplanes, and I feel it would be a good choice considering how proven the core Peitenpol parasol-wing design is

I've attempted the listed e-mail from Homebuilders Homepage, but as far as I can tell that's long dead

That pretty much lines up with what I've seen.
I'm hoping against hope that either they do happen to still be available, just not widely publicized, or that someone may have a copy of the plans laying around somewhere that I could beg, buy, or borrow

I have a set in my collection, along with 2 that are almost impossible to read.
