There is so much early aviation history in France. Henri Mignet flew the test flights of his Pou du Ciel (Flying Flea) near Soissons, which is way up by Amiens.

Hello,
We are building a Pietenpol in Périgord, 200 km east of Bordeaux.

Hi, I am also in France (near Lyon) and considering a Piet' project. I have had the plans for more than 20 years. I wonder if you could tell us a little more about your project, particularly what engine you are using and whether it will be experimental amateur-built (CNRA) or microlight (ULM) category. I am going to start a microlight build in the coming months and I'm still finalizing my choice of design. Merci!
