Here's my capstrip soaking method. My dad's a plumber so I stole an 18" length of pvc pipe out of his truck, heated the end up with a torch and then clamped it in the vice, sealing the one end. Fill with boiling water and wait for 10 min, empty and refill since it's a small amount of water and cools quickly. did that about 3 times, stick it into the jig and tada!! I built my first rib for the center section. Tweaking it this morning getting it to perfectly match the wing rib that it will be beside....cb________________________________________________________________________________
