If somebody wanted to get into the air quickly and inexpensively=2C here's an Ultra Piet that looks very clean and complete. Kawasaki 440 2-stroke=2C but it looks like it was built to come in under Part 103 which would mean no airman medical=2C no biennial flight review=2C and some inexpensive solo flying.
